Arriving at the Moor pool is beautiful in the summer.
Areas of ground have been re-wilded with wild flowers, the boggy Moor next to the river Chess shown to the right which travels down in front of the building.
The team at the pool go to great lengths to have baskets of flowers on the bridge, and a herb garden just in front. Not to mention the bird feeders!
The met line sits just in the distance,obscured from view by the magnificent weeping willow tree.
It all adds to the special feeling that everyone who uses the pool (and gym and courts!) feels is uniquely theirs.
