Baroque pearls are irregular, which is the beauty of them.

Pearls should be worn often to keep them looking their best.
No harsh cleaners should ever be used on pearls, as it will damage their lustre.
Silver also does not require harsh cleaners. 
Due to the combination of pearls and silver in these earrings, this silver is not suitable for the boiling water/bicarb method that I often recommend for silver.
A silver cloth is the best thing.
